My worst fear is that carbon dioxide emissions will not be curbed in time over the next 50 years... Higher emissions will eventually produce an ice age and all your kids and grandkids will perish....We have a plan in place to prevent this; but a huge grassroot movement will be required....

I do not fear God, as I try really hard to live in accordance with my faith. As a result, I fear losing my two daughters or my wife to an early death. My mother died this year, and awful as it was, I was able to say goodbye, and she got to see her children married and happy. Losing my wife or daughters at this point in my life would be devastating. I think my faith and family would get me through it, but I am terrified as to what that must be like. I pray (honestly) that I will never find out.
Oh, and cicadas. Totally weirded out by cicadas.

Fear is to wide of an answer to really answer correctly. Everyone has fear, and if you think about it, I'm sure that isn't your only fear. I know you said great, but think really hard about that and I'm sure it isn't. Death of you or a close/ loved one. An accident that can't be returned, the mistake of a lifetime that changes both your life and theirs. Fear can be anything. Saying that, my greatest fear is being inadequate and not being able to help those who I truly love when they needed me the most. That is my fear, but that is only the bigger picture.

Running out of money. I'm unemployed, and attending a school paid for by the taxpayers, and trying to assume I will get a good job as soon as I get done with school. But at the age of 59, that's hard. My savings account is down to less than what it takes to pay my rent, and I get scared. Really scared.

I'm not really afraid of too much, at least not to the point that I would never face them. Heights is really my worst fear, honestly. Death doesn't seem so much of a threat except for worrying about how everyone would feel about it if I died. Otherwise, nothing, really.

I have to agree with you on God, I wouldn't want him mad at me either! Other things that scare me are being trapped and falling in an elevator and I hope when I die it won't be painful. That would be the major things.

I would agree that with out God would be my worst fear. But I have faith he will not leave me , because his word is truth. He said I will not leave you or forsake you. Because I am one of his Children.
