Baby is 10 weeks old (2.5 months). He slept thru night- 8 p.m. -6:15 a.m. Normally he got a bottle at 4:30 a.m. and would eat again at 7 a.m. but didn't wake up for the 4:30 a.m. feeding today. He ate at 6:45 this morning instead. Do I try to wait until 11:00 a.m. for his lunch feeding OR should I add in a feeding during the day today? Also, how much should he be eating at this stage? Thanks for your help mommies!

I'm an adult. I don't eat at precisely the same times every single day. Why would you expect your baby to?

Feed the baby when he's hungry. Nobody here is an expert on *your* baby--he is! He'll tell you when he needs to eat. Believe him.

Yea!!! Let him sleep - as he gets older he won't need to eat as often. Just feed him again when he gets hungry - probably around 9am. Neither of my boys was on "my" schedule at that age - they let me know when they were hungry, and that is when they were fed. I know, it's a little inconvenient, but do you eat at the same time every day? As far as how much, I really can't say, as I nursed, but as long as he is gaining weight at a healthy rate, and still has plenty of wet diapers, you are doing fine. (Dirty diapers can vary widely at this age - some babies have one BM per day, some have more, and some even have less!)
Congratulations on being able to get a little more sleep!

Enjoy your night of sleep when you can. If the little one has set a schedule of sleeping the night through do not argue with your luck. When they get hungry they let you know about it; then you feed them. They are all different.

I wake my 4 week old at about 12am and about 3am if she doesn't wake up first. In your case I would try a midnight feeding and than wait until he wakes up in the morning.

When babies go through their growth spurts, or hit a milestone, say holding their head up etc, they tend to want to eat more. Also as their tummies get bigger they can sleep longer. Hope this helps.

Feed him when his is hungry. His body is changing, being able to store more energy as he gets bigger. He will eat more and less often as he gets older.
