The only reason its shortened to bnp is so that people with very little education can spell it. Racism is neither big nor clever. Why not put this effort into making the world a happier place (and there are more things in this world to worry about than parking tickets).

Yes! Blame the foreigners! When even traffic wardens have opinions, surely that's the way to think! Let's kill foreigners or at least throw them out! They increase our taxes and speak silly English. Oh and they steal our wives too. And I lost my job to an Indian! Except he doesn't have a car in the UK. Still, I like the way you think!! Or you know, hey, maybe.. You should just pay your fines, get a subscription to a broadsheet, get a proper education in the evenings.. On yer bike!!

Mate it sounds like a cheap way of having a go at foreigners! I think the fines from traffic wardens and speed cameras are unfair as well. But theres no need to take it out on the nearest group of people that come from a different background to you! But thank you, please say something like that again, it made me laugh. I havent heard anything sounding so panicy, paranoid and fearful in ages!

Regarding the Laws on parking etc ....well, they are subjective and complex ...and you are basically correct about 'those who get away with it' (I think! ...though I have no personal experience of any of it).
As for the BNP. As far as I understand it, BNP is an acronym in Latin, and means the 'Natural Flatulence System.'
The explanation goes, as I understand it, ~
'Every living organism has a natural digestive system, and the result of the build-up of our gasses, a by-product of the digestive system, needs to be expelled.'
Thus the BNP is our society's system for the expulsion of the result of 'bad air' from the bowels.
Best of luck with your research and education.
Sash.

I urge you to call your government who takes charge of the issue and demand the answer Why.You need to get more support and get into action with it. Do not give in because,it is your land that you love.So you need to help solve the problem by educating your people through web page, demand your the agency that in charge to answer and keep fighting by recruit more lawyers to help you for legal issues.Good luck my friend and move on.
