Its catchy,has a great beat, and at least in this one Shakira does not mention her 'small breasts' like she does in most of her songs.

I don't like it. It's a song about singing. I can't stand those. It reminds of those songs you'd hear in movies like "Fame" or on any made-for-TV Disney movie. Songs about "the Music" or "the Power" or other generic stuff like that.
