All so don't suggest lower my stress. I am just a stress full person. I get it every couple of months. My last one was in March, and I can go for about 5-6 months with out it. I would not mind so much if isn’t if I bloat up so big.

The best is to use a pill but you must find the one which work for you!
I wish I was in your position (if there is nothing wrong) but the only thing it is to wait in anticipating when it will happen and carry your ladies things with you all the time.
Your bloating worries me.. (you did not say pain). Hope you not pregnent and not knowing it!! it happened to my friend.
Other reasons include thyroid gland disorders, pituitary gland disorders and a condition called "hypothalamic amenorrhea."
Hypothalamic amenorrhea occurs when the body is under significant physical or emotional stress, when the total body fat is low (typically in women with eating disorders or in avid athletes) or with significant weight loss. However, menstrual periods usually resume when the stress is over or when body weight stabilizes at a normal weight.
Check this site and find out what are your other SYMPTOMS

I know you dont want to talk about stress however I need to tell you something. It is not a natural thing for girls to stress and ladies who stress too much often get the sickness called: Endometriosis. So, yes, I will say, STOP STRESSING before you get that.
Anyway, I dont know how old you are but it for sure does not sound like a healthy thing for me. Did you go to the doctor to make sure you dont have a problem? If not please go asap!!
Girls who also diet alot loose their period as body knows it needs to keep all the minerals.. so are you too skinny?? again, please see the doctor, or get another opinion.
Another thing would be that you have an allergy or maybe you have a cyst on the overy.

irregular periods mean they come every other months or longer or not at all.
this can happen due to several reasons.
1. you are pragnant and wont get one for 9 months ( congrats!..lol )
2. pre menopause ( no fun at all )
3. you are taking the pill and stopped for one reason or another
4. you are working out alot ( it can go both ways, take it off track or make it come more then normal)
5. you are having a lot of sex
( this can change the cycle all the time , depends on if you are doingit right before , durring or after a period, its not very good to have sex durring periods as this can stop it and then get it again a few days later or not at all because you are now prago, there is more to this one but to hard to explain here )
6. hormons are out of balance ( women in her 30's and older )
7. can be a health problem and you should see your doctor ( in any cases )
8. you're taking the pill that makes the period come only 4 times a year ( wow isnt that nice)
9. you are young , just started and it will be irregular at first.
there is several more resons but i cant think of them right now.
BEST OF LUCK

Try changing your diet, sometimes absence of periouds can be due to insulin resistance in addition to stress. For two months don't eat anything with a GI rating over 50. (GI=Glycemic Index) Basically low suger food only, and whole grains.
Avoid high suger fruit too, like for example choose a green apple instead of red, or plums, strawberries, and, peaches instead, of bannas, canteloupe, or watermelon.
Esp if you bloat up that is a symptom of insulin resistance. Do you have bad acne, or oily skin, these are other symptoms.
Just search Low Glycemic diet on the internet you'll find out how to do it,also I listed one site for you. This can really keep you healthy and start your cycle, if this is your problem. Good luck.

If you have a low percentage of body fat and are very lean and exercise alot like a distance runner you can have irregular cycles.
Gain weight and that changes back to normal.
Other than that your cycle is hormone driven and really the only way to change that is to add or take away hormones.

i don't think there's a natural way to regulate your period. but Raspberry Leaf Tea is a uteran mover, so it may help--i take it a couple days before i 'm supposed to get my period. just don't take it if you are or get pregnant.
