My husband's eyes just about popped out of his head when I said that to him. Could be because I don't usually say stuff like that, but it worked.

Attitude plays a huge part. He has to be the full and complete focus of your attention.
Personally, any time a woman would want me gets my attention.
Dress for the part, then undress. How about a bath or shower beforehand together?

Attire is one way (sexy lingerie or a sexy costume)...maybe do a striptease for him...set the mood, let him know he just needs to relax and enjoy...if you are not opposed to porn, perhaps watching a flick (or part of one) together, will get his motor running...set up a sexy meal with finger foods and dips, things you can feed each other, and lick off any drops or spills...perhaps a sensual massage to get things going...there are all kinds of possibilities...

it usually doesn't take much to get a guy in the mood physically... so if he's not in the mood maybe something is going on emotionally with him and that needs to be taken care of first?

It takes a lot. Sit down and brainstorm. What things do you both enjoy and you don't feel uncomfortable doing. Dinner, a dance, a massage. It is not one size fits all here. You have have the setting right (perhaps candles and music), turn off the phone/TV, enjoy.

If he's not getting in the mood, talk to him about it. Could be some underlying problem. Seek counseling, or a lawyer.

Make a date to meet him somewhere for dinner, then show up wearing a revealing outfit , ibet he skips dessert. If you are the daring sort as the two of you are going for a drive remove your top, that will get his attention. The wait to get home will build his desire
