how can u just by lookin at a person say dat he's an italian/portugese/spanish/swedish etc.al r european race?

you really can't unless its tattooed on them or they're wearing some sort of clothing jewelry ect. to make you think they come from a certain race/nationality. the only thing is people are guessing or steriotyping.

first of all there is no such thing as the European race

Italians look quite different to Portuguese and Spanish.

sometimes the color of the skin. Olive tones, pale, or dark tan. the nose, shape color of eyes and their style.
