surely her cousin's brother is also her cousin? i think it's legal but it's not recommended. unless they are second cousins! by the way, don't understand the problem. unless they are going to have children, who cares?

Your friend has to get over him, and find someone else. Tell her to find some new hobbys and sign up for new things, that way she can meet new people and have a good time trying to get over wheover it was. Good luck.
