He said i should have my lips and my nose done, i don't want to do it but because i would break his heart i will, I know he loves me and he is really nice and onest to suggest me ways to look better, he is pushing me a lot to do this, any ideas? Does the surgery hurts?

This man says he loves you but wants to change you? After your nose and lips what will be next? It could be, breast agumentation or reduction,drop your best friend, sister or change schools or major?
Your first question, All surgery HURTS, has risks and most plastic surgery is EXPENSIVE . So besides the pain he is knowingly going to put you through who will foot the bill.(It will come to thousands.)
So now you have had surgery to please him, what will he ask you do next? Having your face changed sets the bar pretty high in pleasing a man so watch out. Your boyfriend sounds like a control freak. At the very least he is not accepting you for who you are on the outside, how can he accept who you are on the inside? Think of this man in a few years, it is possible that after a pregnancy you might not be down to prepregnancy size 4 a month after giving birth. How is he going to deal with that?
In short, Hon, run like the wind from a guy that pressures you to do things like this. His price for a relationship is way to high. There is someone out there who will think your present lips and nose is just fine. First, spend some time learning all about wonderful and unique you. Then,go out and find him along the way.

If you don't want to have plastic surgery done, you shouldn't do it. It's your face, not your boyfriend's. And if he can't accept the way you look without plastic surgery, I say he's not worth it.

Never do ANYTHING to change your look especially if a boyfriend suggests it. Don't let this guy beat you up emotionally and lower your self esteem by telling you surgery would make you look better. No one is perfect and if he keeps on pushing you tell him to go to hell.

If a person can not accept you for you, you don't need to deal with them. Period!!! He is trying to change you and you aren't even going to get plastic surgery for yourself, you're doing it for him? did you have plastic surgery before you and him got together? better yet- what is it physically that he does find attractive about you while he's trying to change it.

what wrong with you lips and nose. if you like them the way thay are dont change. and yes it hurts for a week or two after . and it dose cost alot
please get a secound opinion before you do it.

Honey, if your bf needs you to be a different person, than he really wants you as a prize not a gf. Everyone is beautiful and different, enjoy who you are with or without him, but make decisions about body alterations for you alone, not a bf...

he doesn't love you. "You" includes your lips and nose- if he cares that much about the physical aspects of you then he'll never be happy with how you look. What happens in 20 yrs? dump him.

what are you going to do when he is not your boy friend any more... then there you will be in the mirror with this stranger and prolly a bill from the surgery.... tell him to get his own surgery to fix his flaws... i would ditch him...

don't do it for him you will hate it then, is he so shallow that he wants you to look a certain way why can't he love you just the way you are?
