i started nuvaring on june 23, 06 at about 12:50 pm
and i have no idea of when to take it out or when to put it back in so if anybody knows could you please tell me ?????

The ring should remain in place for 3 weeks. Remove the ring 3 weeks after insertion on the same day of the week as it was inserted, at about the same time of day. To remove the ring, loop a finger through the ring and gently pull it from the vagina.
After a one-week ring-free break, insert a new ring on the same day of the week as it was inserted in the last cycle. To continue to have pregnancy protection, you must insert the new ring one week after the last one was removed, even if your menstrual period has not stopped.

Read the freakin box. It says 3 weeks in 1 week out! I'm sure you are an idiot and threw the box out. You are definitely not mature or smart enough to be having sex. In your case you should leave it in until it dissolves and have a welfare baby, that I will have to pay for.
