More information about the Uncle and the bride would be helpful.
I like to thank people for the things they do that take a lot of sacrifice on their part. Look at things from your Uncle's point of view and consider what he did that he deserves thanks for and he sacrificed a great deal to provide. Tell your listeners about that sacrifice and then thank your Uncle for giving of himself like he did.
I like to say something funny too. Thank him for something he avoided doing. Something that people know about him that is funny or something they wish he wouldn't do. A joke he tells a lot that is annoying or some article of clothing he likes but his wife or family doesn't like. Thank him for not telling his 'Farmer joke' or whatever it is. or Thank him for not wearing his college sweater, cause you really know he'd rather be wearing that than his suit or tuxedo.
When you get your laugh, you quickly get sentimental. thank him very honestly and tell everyone to lift their glasses and say, "Here's to Uncle Bob!" (but use your uncle's name)
Here's an example of what you can say after everyone laughs. First wait until people can hear you and then start in:
"Seriously, Uncle Bob, we love you and we thank you for what you have done, you made it a great ceremony,( reception whatever it is he did) (People will clap) Everyone lift your glasses. Here's to Uncle Bob!"
Good Luck and have fun!

A themed party would be nice,,, like use the colour red for love and white for your wedding and put a balloon on each table just married or somethink like that and Flowers on the tables....... Buy a wedding guest book sooo all your family and Friends can write comments and sign it for you,,, its great things like that....... And a party is not a party without a buffet maybe you should put a little bit off food on cause some people like to eat when they"ve had a drink....... Where like a cocktail dress,,, there good for stuff like that and Still have a song played for you and your hubby to have a little dance to and The old traditional way is always best,,, and still have a song played for you and your dad to have a dance to....... Take lots off photo"s to put in a album,,, sooo in 10 - 20 years time you can always look back and Remember how great that moment was and Maybe if you have enough money a proffessional recordist would be good or evan a family member or a friend to record your evenin Goodluck and All the best,,, Hope it all works out for you both,,, whatever you both deside to do x x x
