The original was a mural which is now lost but a Holbein cartoon is to be seen at the National Portrait Gallery London and copies at the Walker art gallery Liverpooll and Trinity college Cambridge

I think it is in the National Gallery, London. Or the National Portrait Gallery. Sorry, not been to London for many years!

I have an art book which lists its location as the Galleria Nazionale, in Rome. Its important to remember that works of art are often loaned to one museum or another as part of an exhibit.
