My favorite game is to write down the first and last name of the mother and everyone has to make as many words out of your name as possible in a certain period of time.
Also put a bunch of baby things on a tray (bottle, diaper,pacifier,lotion....etc) show everyone in the room, then hide it and in certain time they need to remember what was on the tray and write it down.

FORGET the belly size thing- trust me many women hate that!
have everyone write down their name, phone, and a guess for the baby's birth weight- then whoever wins gets a little certificate form the baby- something cutsie, with the baby's foot prints on it and dated. Of course dont forget her guess along with the actual weight-
Also may I suggest giving each person who comes a votive and ask her to light it when she gets a call that birth is eminent- then as you are all sitting everyone pass their phone number to the person on the left and each woman has to call the next when labor begins.
Be sure to honor the mother too- not only the baby. Mothers need extra nurture- you may want to make her a foot bath-ask each guest to bring a flower (dont tell them what the flower is for)- then each guest can pull the petals off their flower and place them in her bath. As the woman sprinkles the petals in she can say something like " I honor you, I know you can birth your baby, Birth is beautiful, welcome to the sisterhood of mothers, etc etc- some affirmation for her! Everyone will probably get teary and the mom will never forget it- the sisterhood is so special and loving- even if you think others will judge it as ridiculous- trust me something like this is just awesome and everyone will end up being glad.
As you prepare the foot bath toward the end of the evening/day, ask someon to light a few candles around the room, let people know you are making a footbath of flower petals for mom.- as you prepare the foot bath everyone can retrieve the flower they brought from the vase of water, and have folks once again sit around the mother, perhaps some music, etc, you go first, as you pull of the petals, you can say to her that you are honored to be with her and bless her, tell her that she is strong and she can trust her body to give birth, thank her for allowing you to be a part of this beautiful and transformative time in her life, and that she is going to be a wonderful mother. You could also tell her that she looks absolutely beautiful, that she is a goddess etc! Each person will natural say something - remind them to keep it very positive and that although all of their personal stories are important this day is about her being a mother! Its about a mother about to be born and to give birth to a beautiful life.
Hope this helps!

At my shower, they gave away some small prizes when I was openin presents. They had a timer, and if I was opening your gift at the time then you got a small prize. The prizes were notepaper, lotion, chocolate, etc. I have also seen people use rolls of tiolet paper to guess the circumference of the mom to be's belly. If you had the closest, then you got a prize. I have even seen name the baby polls and pools about when the baby will be born.

The first person to get the baby out had to shout "My water broke!" It takes a wile so just do the first person to see the entire front of the baby.

These two are really fun. For both games, you blind-fold the person playing:
-empty a bag of rice in a bowl and add "small-medium" safety pins to the rice. Mix them together. Give the player the bowl of rice. Whoever finds the most safety pins, wins! (it's not as easy as it sounds).
-empty a bag of cotton balls onto the floor. Give the player a spoon and have them try to scoop up as many cotton balls as they can and put them in a bowl. This one is really funny and not that easy to do!

Forget the games, they're annoying as hell. Socializing is better.
