The FJR is a Sport Touring Bike. The Hayabusa is very fast but has a long wheel base and is not as good in corners as the 1 liter bikes are. What type of riding are you planning to do?/ If it involves alot of twisty roads you would be happy with a GSXR 1000, R1, ZX 10, or a CBR 1000. The other bikes are great but parts are expensive for european bikes.

The Haybusa has the best straight-line speed. The Aprilia is beautiful, maneuverable and a stand-out machine. The FJR1300 is a good track machine, but I found it kind of uncomfortable for long rides. The Triumph is poorly made (check the finish on the cylinder fins, for example). The R-1 is a good all-round bike.
These bikes are not really that similar. Depending on what you are looking for, any of them (with the exception of the Triumph) will serve.

I think you need to decide based on performance, looks and cost too which you can afford. Style factor is the one which is the most important part why we choose a superbike and comfort too for cross country rides or long tours. I was going through this and got lots of information though. http://worlds-super-bikes.com/ I think u should check each brand before you select one for you. I hope it helps.
