lol, that is funny, however, he was smart enough to convince enough Americans to vote for him twice ( dubiously).

Although a person who becomes the President of the United States are very accustomed to making speeches before large groups, very few people in this world can respond to unrehearsed questions under the same conditions. We are all familiar with taking test, now try to give someone/anyone a quiz over general high school subjects (common knowledge) in front of a class with a home video camera recording the questions and answers. You will discover just how strange it looks, even funny, but I assure you it won't be to the person being quizzed. Instead of thinking how much smarter you are than someone else, try to understand how we humans works under stress. Honest men make honest mistakes, so put away your sharp tongue and join the rest of us, mistakes and all. As for President George W. Bush being dumb, may I remind you that he did win the Presidential election twice over the Democrats. So if he's dumb how much worse off was everyone else that ran against him? That is a very sad thought, isn't it? You may or may not agree with his politics, that has nothing to do with your question. Every four years we have an election to elect our president and every candidate feels he can do better than the last person, so, very soon you or someone else who thinks they can do better will have their chance and may the BEST man or woman win the election. I didn't need to research this one, to simple.
