Greenbelt Discrimination resources?

Question

I got wrongfully terminated from a position I held abroad. I went through a U.S. company who took no responsibility and did nothing to help me, despite the fact that I paid the placement fees and cooperated with them. I need to know if there is a discrimination council, in Maryland (or if this type of service exists state to state). I want to be able to discuss my problem in full and see what my options are.
