The beauty of a person on the inside, is always evident on the outside. Look at ur classmates, observe how they dress. The best and most comfortable outfits are jeans, with a cute or spunky top and sneakers or try wearing a skirt which is a very girly outfit, with any top and pumps.Applying a little gloss won't kill u, preferebly a nude shade and apply some mascara and u could use 'kohl', the black crayon-kinda eyeliner. It opens up the eyes. A tiny bit of pearly hue on the inner corners of ur eyes will give them a twinkle. If u hav curly hair, then ur very lucky. There r so many gr8 hairstyles u can come up with .
If u want glam waves in ur hair, then try using a mixture of salt and water. Store it in a spray bottle and spritz it on ur hair bfore going out.

First ask yourself if you see your situation right. In western culture it is common habit - by males and females - to constantly insult and pester beautifull women.
Men often do it straight out - calling you by very insulting names
- women usually are sublte
- oh you are getting fat
- that dress is horribel
- what a terrible hairdo
- those are the things they say in your face - when you are away it gets much worse.
The more insults like this you get - the more sure you can be you are actually very beautifull.
It is not difficult - because most western people have such horrible characters that no man in his right mind would ever want to marry one. Hence the enourmous amount of single people in the west.
And hence the massive sales in make-up, clothes etc. Well it doesn't work here - most dutch people are single.
If you insult a woman like that - now what is that telling everybody that hears that about your character???

Hey girl i feel you on this you can go to a hair dressing salon and get a different look or if you don't want to spend too much you can buy hair magazines and find one with tips on how to do the styles(make sure you like them first before you choose). As fpr make up no one taught me you can ask for tips on how to do your makeup when you go to purchase them some of the stores always have a professional who know about all that stuff. TLC the channel also have makeovers and tips so you can log in to Freefashion advice .com

I would try watching what not to wear, reading fashion mags, and going to the In Style website. I don't know if you are trying to keep up with the fashion of the moment or develop your own style. I vote for developing your own style... with pieces that are fashion forward. Look at Cameron Diaz, Sienna Miller, SJP, and other fashion icons for trend pieces.
One thing that helps is to know what cuts and styles look good on your body. Then take the pic of the designer or celeb outfit you like to the store and find similar pieces in cuts to flatter your shape. Remember that shoes don't have to be matchy, matchy. If you wear purple, try a red shoe, if you want to have a trendy piece, buy accessories, instead of a wardrobe of things that will be passe in 6 months, like a prairie skirt.
As far as makeup and hair, go to a salon with a style in mind. See if it flatters your face, is easy to maintain, and you can do the styling yourself. For makeup, since it's summer, Get the revlon skinlights in a tone that matches, curl your eyelashes, coat them with mascara, and put on some lipgloss. By winter, you should be into it enough to not feel overwhelmed.
Good luck!
Well, get off the internet and go for a walk and get some shopping done!

Don't do anything other than just be yourself. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and someone out there will be attracted to you no matter what. I wouldn't try to be beautiful just to impress a bunch of superficial people anyway!

being beautiful is not just wearing good clothes or putting on make up. beauty comes from your heart, from the good deeds you do to other people. nobody would care about your physical beauty if you are a kind person. so why waste yours and your parents money by trying to be stylish? "Do good and be good".

TRUE beauty comes from within. You have to have confidence in yourself that you ARE beautiful. If not, no amount of makeup or clothes will help.
