Rudeness. For god's sake, how hard is it to say please, thank you, excuse me etc? Always puts me in a bad mood if customers at work can't be bothered to be polite after you've gone out of your way to help them out. How much nicer would teh world be if everyone just treated each other as they wish to be treated???
