I picked this by mistake because it wasn't coming up on the screen as a privacy service with Dell, until I started to purchase it with McAfee. Every time I try to delete it from McAfee, Dell comes in and tells me I already has this service through them. I need help from a computer expert other than Dell or McAfee.

Dell sponsors Mcafee and gives you a limited time with Mcafee.
When your time is up Mcaffee will notify you to renew.
