why do boys always tease girls and touch them to tickle them????is it because they like the girls???

I call this; "First Contact" it means he likes you and this the non-verbal way of showing it. Sometimes we may say little things, but, most times it Touch.
The interesting thing about this; women like to be touched by someone they like/love. BUT, as we grow older women say "some" men not give them affection. We start out doing it and somewhere down the line stop! Well, some do, I have learned this an important part of a relationship to touch and hold my woman.
BUT, there are those that are just mean.

When boys are mean to girls it is because they have problems dealing their feelings and it makes them uncomfortable... Especially in the adolescent age.. same applies to girls.

They are too afraid to tell the girl that they like them so they do those things.
