Bush's speech writers did use the term "Crusade" for some of his earlier talks about the "War" on terrorism. Beyond that I don't think its anything more than Zionism, but that is just as bad.

There has never been a crusade against Islam all the way back to pope Urdan the 2nd who called the 1st crusades 1095. He was calling for a defensive action that was long over due. Jerusalem fell to Islam in 638. Christians were being crucified if the did not or could not pay the Muslims. All Jews and Christians wee mark with a stamp in 772. More persecutions in937 saw church buried.
the Byzantines started to fight back around 960. They did recapture Crete,cilia ,Cyprus and parts of Syria. but Islam tells if the land ever belonged to Islam it does forever. they hit the Byzantines hard. Islam moved in ordering the destruction of Churches and the people were told to convert to Islam or die.
The Byzantines were pushed back to Greece. They asked the pope for help and he knew they were next so that is how the west came into it.

1% of Muslims are extremist. There 1 billion Muslims on Earth. That means 1 million extremist around the globe. They are streaming into Iraq via Afghanistan and then Iran into Iraq. They wear no uniform. They want us dead and gone. The war is not against Islam as so many love to portray. That's what the measly 1% want the world to believe and many are falling for that nonsense. Muslims have every right that America offers to everyone to practice in peace.

On the contrary, there is a global crusade war against non-muslim countries by muslims since time immemorial. World domination by muslims is the ultimate goal. It is only right that other freedom loving countries should think of their options and make sure these doesn't happen. It is inevitable that in the coming decades, the conflict between muslims and non-muslim countries would intensify. Religious fanaticism is the root of world unrest. The muslim world are the only ones who believe that there is something "holy" about war.

Rephrase your question: Is there really a global crusade war FOR Islam (palestine....etc..)
That's more appropriate.
Just look at questions like: Who says "Israel should be wiped off the map"?
Who says "Death to America"?
Who started 9/11
so on, and so on.....
NO. It is not against Islam. It is the people following the faith of Islam that crusade war against those who are non believers in their religion and say "...........There is only one God.............."
Everything starts from that sentence.

No. However, there is a war propogated by Muslims against everyone else. Muslims believe everyone must be subject to Sharia law, and that non believers in the pig god Muhamud are inferior.

i think it's the other way round. there's no crusade, there's only jihad propogated by muslims.
