Look at it this way. If just friendship, why with a "lady"? And, is it completely cool with you, if your wife sought out friendship specifically with other men?
If you wouldn't want it done to you...don't do it to someone else...otherwise, knock yourself out...it's your conscience.

no, if you are a muslim then definitely not. if you are not a muslim then it is also wrong morally. if you are not feeling happy with your wife then discuss it with her rather than looking for other female company.

that is not right to do that caues your wire might be jealous of her and she probably wont talk to you at all or she might brake up with you (not being mean)
