My best guess is a deaf man.The best thing he ever did was write songs for better musicians to cover ei: All Along the Watchtower as recorded by Jimmy Hendrix.Wow I submitted this and saw some of the other answers.Pretty funny and it looks like someone else feels the same way about springsteen as I do.It figures that I've moved to Jersey now.I know part of the reason he is so bad.The old expression is true.Nothing good comes from Jersey.I'm surprised Dylan wasn't born and raised here.As far as someone with a tin ear inducting him that may have been Neil Young who rivals Dylan on the Suck Meter.
