If its yahoo toolbar there is a pencil in the left side click on the arrow next to it and at the end Press Uninstall...

If its some other try it from the Add Remove Programs...

Or see the help of that website which provided u the toolbar...

right click on tool bar ,you will see check marks by the tool bars that are active,click on the check mark to remove.if this doesnt work try going to the control panel thru the settings on your start menu ,click on add and remove programs inthe control panel.

go to view on tool bar on top next to file than click on toolbar in it and take it out there

Go to View in ur menu,
and then go to toolbar,
unselect the tool bars that u dont want to be shown!....
