I have plans to lose about 50 more pounds first. I don't know where this thing called a apron or skin flap came from, but I would like to see it go.
Is there an enormous scar afterwards and does it hurt like crazy. Also, how long should I plan to take off from my job. Also, do they do this as an outpatient?
Any further suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated.

I have already had 2 c sections and would hope they go along the old c section line, so I am not worried about scarring, I just would like to feel a flat belly again.

I know three very close friends that had the procedure done , and
was it worth the $8000. - $ 12,000....? NO way !!
within 1 year 2 of them have developed the pouch again, with borders along the three direction's of the scars. Across the bottom of the pelvic area and one up the abdominal to the navel, where the three met at the bottom there was a drain tube for 3 day's. they advised them to stay in the hospital . One went to Mexico to have it done , she had lost 70 lb.s and was almost 60 ,
hers came out the best , after 3 kids and the weight loss and all the years...she was 5 foot and 110 lbs. I think that is why it remained to actually look natural.
Have you tried Pilate's & yoga , mixed withthe cardio & weight
work-out ?Switching up your work-out trick's the body and helps to speed up the outcome. After awhile on a good excersice plan you may decide that you can achieve this on your own . All it cost is hard work. Golds gym offers a free body assiment if you are considering a membership . I loved my membership , I had to drop out , due to orthapedic surgerys coming up...Knees getting better. Dislocated big toe is fri...ScAriEd ....
You can research on your own
www.yahoo.com click on health or at
www.webmd.com I use both alot , good luck.
Hope this was helpful ...Oh and the other two friend's ?
You could never belive that they had it done but for the scar's.

this procedure is costly and very painful, you stay atleast one night depending on how you do in recovery. it leaves a few scars depending on the amount of skin. but be careful because you have to research doctors to see if they are liscensed and have ever had any malpractice lawsuits.

Was this doctor a neurologist? If not, I would suggest that you see one for a second opinion. An MRI, CT scan and/or an EEG may be in order.

If you get it done, best place is Beverly Hills, CA. Or Las Vegas,NV
or Los Angeles,CA. Be sure you have good health.

No, but I'm curious how much it would cost, would you mind posting a ballpark figure if you find out?
