Someone's been pushing the violation button on me for my rubber ducky questions. To the point of stupidity! If you aren't interested in rubber ducks....just don't bother with the question. It's so darn simple. For the record, these questions are non offensive AND they are aimed at EVERYONE they are NOT PERSONAL CHATTING OR CORRESPONDENCE... which is the reason I keep getting violations for.

It's cool. I'm not into rubber duckies but I respect your right to be. So what's the deal with rubber duckies anyway? I can't see them being something that people would get freaked out about. Maybe someone was attacked by a gaggle of the rubber duckies and never got over the trauma, they could be screwing you around. I hope the duck thing works out regardless, take care.

Yahoos violation policy is utterly retarded. Someone reports it, and that's the end of it. Some people have even had their accounts permanently suspended for simply asking strange questions. A user names gottisanatomy used to ask provocative but very funny questions that weren't offensive (like 'how much soda should my newborn be drinking a day'), and now she's banned. Yahoo is a crap company that loves censorship. That's why they've aided the Chinese government to track down and arrest pro-democracy bloggers in China.

If you know that you are not in violation, then don't worry about it. I get reported all the time for stupid things. I once asked a question to everyone. " Have you ever had an overwhelming feeling that you were going to die soon?" A month later they deleted to question and said that it was private correspondence. I couldn't believe it!

I've never seen any rubber ducky questions. But they could be in the wrong category.

Maybe there is just something about that rubber ducky...

Hell I don't know. I never saw the questions, so I don't know what you asked.

"Rubber ducky, you're the one, that gives me so much fun".

OK, so I am weird too.

People are easily offended.

I got a violation notice because some person asked a dopey question. My response ended with the comment, "Thanks for the two points" and I was cuffed for "Gaming for Points".

Seriously, are we all honestly gaming for points? What bothered me is that the person who ratted me out didn't even understand what 'gaming for points' truly entails.

Hey....I checked most of your questions and answers. What I noticed is that your answer is hurting the one asking the question or answers.

Be nice to people when you answer and I believe they will be nice to you too.

PS:
I put "mollygog" in the search to find all the questions and answers created by you.
