Sometimes. I am lucky. Where I work, even though it is an office, the dress code is very casual unless the "big guys" are coming for a visit!

It is against our company's dress code but I work the overnight shift and the group I counsel are asleep. When I get to work, I change into flip flops because I have to stay up all night and don't have to do too much manual work.

I wear flip flops into work, but then I change -- I have about 6 pairs of nice shoes under my desk.

I wish I could I am stuck in boots all day but it's usually flip flops on the weekend or no shoes at all.

NO. but it depends on where you work.normally you have a dress code in the office. as for flip flops, it depends what type they are you get pairs that can be really stylish depending on what you wearing with it.
