Aircraft mechanic fixes the aircraft and a manufacturer builds the aircraft and supplies tech support for said aircraft. If necessary the manufacturer can supply a mechanic.

well a mechanic works on the engines of aircraft. So a plane will go in to the hangers and the mechanics will check that everything is in working order.
A manufacturer makes aircraft like Airbus, they are a french aircraft manufacturer. Manufacturers employ mechanics, the word manufacturer refers to the entire company whereas the word mechanic refers to a person.
