Yes there is but it will take up to 2 days if you want it done for free.

Download the boot disk, then boot the computer you need the password for with that disk. It will read some info from the hard drive which you then need to send to loginrecovery.com. In a couple of days they will send you the password(s).

No, unless you know the password there is no way you can log on without resetting it.
