use a pumice stone on them every night right after your bath when they are soft if they are really bad then go to a podiatrist and get them trimmed, if you are diabetic you need to get them removed because walking on a callous is the same as walkin around with a stone in your shoe and can cause sores

i have callouses due to dry skin .. sjogrens .. anyways i find soaking your feet for like 10mins.. and then putting a very good cream on your feet and massaging it in works wonders.. bren
