Sunday evening most certainly. At the end of a weekend, people go back to where they need to be for a monday morning. The person left behind is the lonliest in the world. That is how a lot of my weekends have been in the past.

Monday morning is always the worst. Sunday is still part of the weekend and you can go out and have a really nice wind down evening out. I don't even think about work until the alarm goes off on Monday morning and it's downhill from there.

Sunday evening. You feel anxious about the next day and you don't want your weekend to end in what seems like a short time. But atleast on Mondays you are at work and you can get over those feelings.

I live in the UK. When I was a kid, Sunday was hell. Shops didn't open, there was nothing but religion on TV (only 2 channels), and I would rather have been at school. Now, Sunday is just like every other day in terms of the above, so Monday morning is the real killer.

I always go out with my friends on a sunday evening to finish the weekend on a high, so I like mondays the least.

End of week end does not signify the end of the world. Getting up for starting the work afresh on a Monday morning is a blessing in disguise. We have been given so much of freedom to enjoy during week ends, going back to work should be with renewed vigour. Duty, Dignity and Discipline are essential in life for better tommorrows.
