air conditioning ! But if you don't like being all the time in a room and wathcing Tv or sth like that, I have a suggestion for you. When you want to do a cool and cold shower, DO NOT ! ! ! Because after 5-10 min you'll sweat AGAIN ! ! ! Try a lukewarm or even warm shower. Not too hot! It will help you to relax, and the secret (?), you will not sweat for the rest of the DAY ! ! ! Unless you jump, run or excercise!

The stomach is like a thermostat, so if you drink or eat anything cold your body will heat up, conversely if you drink or eat something warm it will cool you down! That is why the old wives tale of "a nice cuppa to cool you down" works. A lot of the answers do help though especially loose clothing!

Drink lots of fluids (No alcohol or caffeine).

my friend said to me once when i was soaking wet from the heat " best way to keep cool is to think cool, just chill and ignore the heat and believe me you wont sweat so much" i just laughed but truth is i have never seen her sweat all these years she is just cool. ive tried but it didnt work so i told her. she said" its all in the mind just try it again, just think cool" so i did and if you believe it or not .....it works.

Stay in the shade, wear light coloured, loose clothing (pref. cotton), and drink lots of water.

Otherwise find somewhere with air conditioning.
