I am asking why people would rather say a person is weird, thus judging him, instead of thinking twice and see beyond the "weirdness" of his act... (need any examples?)

Because "weird" and "special" may be two very different things. A genious is "special" without having to be weird. Weirdness, which is subjective, anyway, is derrogative.

Maybe because they can not connect to the idea or appreciate the idea but still cannot comprehend. Being weird has a hairline for a genius or lunatic. Normal people can not describe it specialbecause being special you have to be the best interest but this is not the case. Only weird people can feel the special amongst the weird and only special people can appreciate the weird amongst the special.

Sometimes I may feel weird, or look at things in a weird way, have weird things happen. To describe someone as weird is derogatory, unless you may be just teasing and joking with a friend. My words of preference are: unique , or wonderfully different, and special.

contained in the jap U.S., it isn't silent. contained in the Southwest, it really is often (incorrectly) silent. In Georgia, human beings do not use "weak" because they don't realize what the be conscious potential, and so it really is complicated to assert if the "L" will be said or no longer. (Sorry, i'm all dissatisfied about the pathetic state of public guidance in Georgia, on the instantaneous.)

well, mebay because weird for some people is special.. i mean it depends on the person himself & how he sees the act.."weird" has a -ve meaning while "special" has a +ve impression.. it depends on both the situation & the person who's saying it..

Because people turn to be really grey. And they can understand only the things, that fit in their GREYNESS. if a person turns out to be different, has its own values, he/she becomes WEIRD.
Our opinions are being formed by internet, TV, radio. So we are all becoming one grey mass and not colourfull juicy salad.
I hope you got the meaning :)
