I'd say, the usual problem is, mothers don't understand how important it is, for babies to obtain the mother's milk. It gives them a good start. It's only natural, to breast-feed a baby. Those who don't, are placing their babies at a great disadvantage--they won't receive proper nutrition for health and immunity to illness. Of course, there are a few who simply cannot breast-feed.
If women at work must breast-feed, I say they should be allowed to do so. It's better for everyone. A healthy baby is more apt to be healthier later in life. As for vanity preventing a mother from doing what is best for her baby, that is just plain evil and selfish.

Some times- you know, when a mother gives birth to a child, there could the this problems or the other; which implies, the mother may be having problems with her breast or rather in a family which is better off, would not prefer the idea of breast feeding the baby. they or she would prefer getting artificial milk to breast-milk.

Just so you know...there are some mothers that would love to feed their babies, but just aren't able to. After my son was born, I found out that I couldn't produce milk. I would have loved to feed my son but it just wasn't medically possible. So, before you(and others) pass judgment on a mom using formula for her child, think about all of the possibilities as to why she may be doing it. Sorry if I sound mean, but I hurts my feelings to think that others think that I would not breast feed my son out of laziness or wanting to look young. That's just not true in all cases.

If I had a choice, I would have loved to have breastfed my son, because it is cheap and most of all, that's bonding time with your child. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't produce enough milk, my breasts are tiny. His appetite was insatiable and he was also jaundiced. One of the ways to cure jaundice was feed him a lot of milk and he'll poop it out, but since he wasn't getting enough food to eat, he wasn't pooping that much. So, we switched to formula. I'm pregnant again and will be due in two weeks, I will again try to breastfeed and am hoping that this will work better than the first.
