i wanted to upload a photo as my answers avatar, i created a 360 account, uploaded my picture, and set it as primary, yet in the edit my info on yahoo answers, it still says no 360 picture, why is this, how can i ger my photo as my avatar

Go back and make sure it is set to primary and isn't too big...

This is what worked for me when I used it before, so it's worth a try:
- Click on "Settings" at the top of http://360.yahoo.com/
- Scroll down to "Yahoo! Identity Display"
- Make sure the box is checked next to your main Yahoo! ID
(It won't work if it's only checked for one of your other display names.)
- Save the changes
If that doesn't work, you might just try waiting a little bit. Sometimes it takes a little while before the picture shows up as an option in your edit profile page. But if you're still having problems, you can email the Yahoo! Answers team directly at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com (no "e").
