You can go back to your obstetrician and have it undone. It is not 100% full proof, but is it worth a try.

I had the same question since I too have had a tubal after having my second child. I thought that I would never want to have another child. However, after a marriage that failed due to the fact that my ex had a problem with being faithful, one of the main reasons that help me to decide, I fell in love with a wonderful man. He has no children of his own and knows that I cannot have any more children with out medical intervention due to the fact of me having a tubal. So I decided to research about what my options could be if and when we decide to consider having a child.

Really the only option that seems to be logical is to have basically a test tube child. A reversal of the tubal would not grantee me a chance of being able to have a child however, due to the scar tissue it will greatly raise my risk of having a tubal or atopic pregnancy. So this has been the best answer that I have come across. I hope that this helps.
