Yes in a perfect world, but in todays world where everyone takes offence at something, and we have this group of people who tell us we have to be all PC, and there the one's that cause most of the problems.

this is not a democracy. there are published rules and you, through the ignup process, have agreed to abide by them.
inquire into any field you want, but be mindful of how you phrase your questions.

You're allowed to ask about anything, yes. You're not allowed to ask "questions" that are really statements.
