I had a surgery over spring break and now my doctor has me using a dilator(which is a dido but for medical reasons) my doc. wants me to do dilation thearpy! i am using a 4in dilator right now, but she wants me to get to a normal mans size. plus she said i would have this massager there massaging the area. i don't think i can handle that! my questions are: what can i do to make this more enjoyable? what is the avargae sized man? and has any one else ever been dialosed with vaginal-aggenuise

My daughter was diagnosed with this at 16 years of age. We chose to not have the surgery and she just used the vaginal dilators. She is is now 21 and happily married. Her husband is stationed over in Iraq and when he is gone, she uses the dilators to keep herself opened so it doesn't hurt so much when he's home. I don't know how old you are and I know it is not very pleasant, but try to think of something that relaxes you and this will help. Also a little K-y jelly, even the heated kind does help.
