Yes that is the way they grow and get their nutrients that they need to thrive in the womb. That is how we get our belly button! I am sure you have never seen anyone without a belly button before I know I havent!

yes they do, but there attatched to the same tube , thats usally why twins weigh completly diffrent, one always gets more nurtrience than the other.
