almost !
you have divided by xy2, not minus xy2

to finish simply multiple the top by -1 to get:

-x2 + x - 3

x3y2 -x2y2 + 3xy2= xy2(x2 - x2 + 3x)= 3x2y2
3x2y2 / -xy2 = -3x

(x3y2 - x2y2 + 3xy2) / (-xy2)

Rewrite it like this:

(x3y2/-xy2) - (x2y2/-xy2) + (3xy2/-xy2)

i.e. x3/x = x2

(-x2*1) - (-x*1) + (-3*1)

-x2 + x + -3

Change your signs: -x2 + x - 3 (You were dividing by a negative x)
