Depending on the type of problem and the quality of the help center, Most of the time when my question is a simple one, I been able to get the help I need quickly.

Depends on the product. If price was my consideration for buying than I would really dont feel, I can complain assuming after a reasonable time I get the help I need.

Sometime it does seem that language is a problem.

I does change the way I feel toward a company, but usually not enough to get me to not buy their product.

I HATE THEM. AOL uses foreign call centers, and the language barrier is a big problem.
