Is this on frequency? If it is, there is no answer. There are 60 Hz per sec in US and 50 Hz per second elsewhere in the world. You need to give more information..

Hz = 1/second
so, 1/Hz = 1/(1/second) = 1 second

One hertz simply means "one per second" (1 / s); 100 Hz means "one hundred per second", and so on. The unit may be applied to any periodic event – for example, a clock might be said to tick at 1 Hz, or a human heart might be said to beat at 1.2 Hz. Frequency of aperiodic events, such as radioactive decays, is expressed in becquerels.
To avoid confusion, periodically varying angles are typically not expressed in hertz, but rather in an appropriate angular unit such as radians per second. A disc rotating at 1 revolution per minute (RPM) can thus be said to be rotating at 0.105 rad/s or 0.17 Hz, where the latter reflects the number of complete revolutions per second

The definition of "Hertz" is cycles per second. Instead of writing out in certain equations the frequency of something is x cycles per second, it can be denoted as x Hz. Hz being a unit of measure can also be modified as in MHz or megahertz (1,000) or GHz for gigahertz (1,000,000). So, instead of writing out 4,000,000 cycles per second one could write 4 GHz[like a computer's processor speed]. The numbers on your FM radio, such as 105.1FM, mean the transmission waves have a frequency of 105.1 MHz.

Depends on your driver, it can be alot or just a little Hz in 1 second. . .
Dunno if I am looking at the question with the same perspective as you, haha!
