As an employer it's important to list all previous employment as this allows your future employer knowledge of your past achievement and experience. Do remember that temp work should be considered as a job due to the fact knowledge was gained during your temp employment.

It depends wether the temp job is relevant. If it is relevant, then certainly.
Else only to show you are ready to take up any work, but that is not always positive. So only if it is for a job with an employer that likes people that take any work. Not if the employer wants specific qualities.

Your resume should be a page in length. If you have enough full-time employment to fill it out nicely don't bother; however, if you are just starting out in your career as a dental assistant, list every experience you have in the field!!

Yes, because if you omit it from your resume or application and it is discovered after being hired, it could be viewed as a false statement and result in termination.

I have, and will. I am into my second year of working"temporarily" with a local Convenience Food Store. The listing will show you were employed (Work History).

you also need to account for your time - you don''t want potential employers noticing gaps in your employment history and thinking you were in prison or something like that
