need more information then provided? It is very common to find your situation where you are called subservient property to dominate property which has legal right to use your property to gain access to the dominate property, if this was recorded in your deed then you where on notice of the deed restrictions placed on your property

Hence you will need a lawyer if you want to challenge this legal property right, very few exemptions to over rule or cancel the property right of the dominate land over the subservient land

only quick way is to buy the dominate tenant land then you own both deeds and may change the deeds then resell the property

You will need a lawyer to proceed on this issue

A lawsuit with no lawyer involved.....good luck!!!! Remember, most politicians in our history were lawyers. The system was created by them, about them, and for them. People almost never win in court without "letting them have a piece" of the action!

Well, you know the old saying:
A man who represents himself in court has a fool for a lawyer.
it will end up costing you way more than you think without one.
If you can't afford one, and this means enough to you, then make some more $$
