to conceal your rosy cheeks, don't go for a cakey or heavy "full coverage foundation," just mix a little bit of a green or yellow tinted concealer (MAC Cosmetics makes some grat ones) with your moisturizer until the redness goes down, then apply your favorite foundation on top.

But, if you have not-so-good skin, try MAC Cosmetics Studio Fix powder foundation. The range of shades are unbelievable. From the fairest fair to the darkest chocolate. The foundation is all you need.... no liquid or powder, just this. It's full coverage, but you can "lighten" it up, by misting a little bit of water on it after you've applied it to give your skin a "dewy" look... and it's great for ALL skin types.

Estee Lauder's Double Wear foundation in Shell. Double Wear is a great foundation. Its a 20 hr wear and it doesnt rub off on your clothes. If your face gets wet, it will not come off. This foundation is so great because its longwearing but it also maintains a very natural look. But be sure to wear a moisturizer under it, so it won't dry your face out. Besides, a moisturizer makes your foundation go on smoother. Foundation brushes allow you to use less of your foundation for an even finish. Lancome has a great one.
Lancome's dual matte pressed powder is great for the summer, because it is light weight but it covers all blemishes.

You can find a match testing foundation on the side of the jaw. Check in mirror to see how blends with skin tone. Try using concealer on cheeks under foundation. Always blend really well. All the best.

Stop by the Chanel cosmetic counter. All beauty consultants are trained. The best foundation and i have been using this for years is the Vitalumiere liquid foundation. It offers a buildable coverage - from light to heavy converage depending on what your needs are. Best to apply liquid foundation with a foundation brush. Makes blending a breeze and looks oh so natural!

There are many foundations out in the market but, there are some things you need to consider when buying foundation. Like your skin type, for example; is it oily, dry or tzone which is a combination of both. I personally have always like the cream foundation from Victoria Secret. It doesn't seem to dry your skin and looks natural.

First I would need to know more specifically why you are trying to cover up your cheeks, then I would need to know your skin type, is it dry? Oily? etc. I am a beauty advisor so if you can email me and let me know your skin type etc then I can give you a Personalized Make/up skin care regimen, if interested you can email me at avonrep67216@cox.net, It would be of no cost to you to do this, I work for Avon and they have great products at affordable prices.
