I guess Klinsmann perfectly remembers(and players too) that match, and will avoid any over confident behavior. Germany has really grown in this tournament and they have full crowd support as host team. But Italy isn't tired as its opponent is (extra-time, penalties).
So, I guess they've 50% chances each, but I'll go for Italy...
