Haven't heard this one yet, but it doesn't surprise me. The government is insane with this subsidization of children...if you can't feed them don't breed them.

They wants to make a composition with Muslim's to make more baby's,and may be in future man can have 4 wife's,don't get surprised.

To encourage more poor people to have unwanted babies it sounds like. I've never heard of this program.
