Some people might have an extra day off but the 4th is the actual holiday.

All depends where you live - In Canada - July 1st was a holiday but it fell on a Saturday so most people who work will have today as a day off.

If you live in the United States, July 4th - tomorrow is a holiday.

Got it! Either way enjoy the day off, relax put you're feet up and reflect on life.

Independence Day- not a holy day in the old fashioned sense of the word, but the word has changed somewhat in its meaning. It's a legal holiday in the United States.
