I would suggest go for dell its the best value of money.
Dell Latitude if you would use it more for office work and if for gaming then go for Dell Inspiron range.

the best way to do this is on what they call warehouse sale markets some of them are online.
these warehouse owners have a service where they sell laptop computers to normal customers like you and me, however with very reduced prices due to the fact that they do not have as much costs as normal shops do, such as rent and a employees etc. as you know most online shops have rather competitive prices sometimes cutting the laptop price to a half.

they are as good as how you use them. depending on what you want if just for browsing, emails and ms office stuff then a simple setup will do. as to what brand i'll bet you that they will all perform well for me i'd choose toshiba, dell, acer then hp in that order depending on what the specs are

hey....suggest you a good laptop lets see .... SONY for heavy duty for college... and graphics there pretty good with there new one out with blue-ray dvd ... theres also Dell but the problem with tat it has many problems like computer programs... toshiba is good my cousin has it i like it she had no problems so far so she didnt ask me to fix it .... or unless she asked her friends or fixed it herself..... Accer i dunno heard of it probably not tat good... theres a new laptop from HP (very good company) its battery life lastes 16 hours PER CHARGE a very good battery i bet its a heavy duty computer.... so i would perfer HP and SONY there first in my rank.... Toshiba second Dell third and the rest are 5th....6th...7th and so on....

the terrific is Sony waio yet your funds would not meet. HP is amazingly reliable in all factors and is a pioneer agency. SO choose for a HP or Sony laptops. i think of you will get installment fee centers to fulfill your funds
