They probably make a lot of assumptions based upon the way you look. It's human nature to connect the dots, and the brain perceives your clothes, skin color, hair style, facial expressions, voice, and many other physical cues as the dots that make up the greater you. Of course, the brain will do this within seconds of meeting you. It is your job to express to others who you really are by way of behavior, or in another sense, by putting out more dots that you are in control of and by accentuating those in which you are proud of.
Please remember that no two people will think the exact same thing when they meet you. Depending upon their personal experiences are the things that they use from your appearance to define to themselves who you are and what you mean to them.

Well! I wish people shd say everything good abt u.
I've seen ur question's first answer that person was saying that he/she is in same confusion.
No, If u r good to all then why to bother abt others (what people will say or not).
Just do it once atleast:-
Do all good u can to all the people u can,in all the way u can,as long as u can.
